This Residential project utilized maximum views through the organization of the public spaces towards the south in order to take full advantage of an entire wall of glazing. The program sits between two L-shaped formations with the boardwalk extending from the entrance of the residence to the beach front. The open floor plan allows for natural light to penetrate every room in the residence.
