Inclusivity in Architecture

I feel as though as an African American female in an industry dominated by white males it is my duty to add my voice to the mix and bring to light topics that are so easily thrown to the wayside as well as topics that are not even addressed because of the lack of gender/race diversity. These are topics that
need to be addressed. And since those in my profession are ones who play a role in shaping this world through architecture we should bare responsibility in the very least of raising a voice to the issues at hand.
